Reward £500. Who is this man?

Reward £500 for information. This man came into weedcity.co.uk shop saying he was an agent for the Electric Board. He wanted information and to read the meter. The meter was read the week before, the bill had arrived that morning. This man didn't even know the address of the shop that he was supposed to read the meter. He was acting suspiciously. I was told that my readings were from EMF's (Electro Magnetic Field) in my home which was 1-3 Milligauss on the table so I took a trip to the country away from overhead and under ground wires, volt meter readings were the same, but I discovered something amazing.
