Electrolysis 101
This tap water reads 200 ohms with my meter probes about 1 inch apart. I get no electrolytic activity with distilled water and no capacitance at any voltage with tap water. [ go to Youtube.com ]

Vintage 1984 Pioneer SX - V90 Audio/Video Stereo Receiver
A cool ebay find! Vintage 1984 Pioneer SX-V90 Audio/Video Receiver. Itz computer controlled unit with a cool digital display especially the VU meters. Itz 150 watt per channel and i might have to replace the audio capacitor for the left channel because it has a very slight hum in the background when no music is driving it, but other than that itz a nice badass unit and goes loud as hell. Miata Tech stock vs chipped
Stock miata tech seems a bit laggy. first 40 seconds is stock (see how slow it moves) every thing with the lights on is after i changed the 4.7uF capacitor to 1uF (see how much faster it goes compared to stock) and after a minute is me driving on third with 2000 or so rpm and shifting to second and dropping the clutch. The rpm shoots up quite faster than stock. Doing this mod is to get your RPM meter more "real" time and not all laggy [

Atlas ESR Meter model ESR60 (Enhanced)
Just got this today. I've been wanting to get one for several years now.
It tests for ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) of capacitors in and out of circuit, and capacitance out of circuit. It generates a 100kHz signal at 20mA for 0Ω - 2Ω and 2mA for 2Ω-20Ω.
