At a voltage of 8 V AC two pins (constant distance) are dipped into 6 water samples:
1. Dist. water, 2. fresh water, 3. mineral water, 4. Cola, 5. Cola light, 6. Cola light + a drop of Glauber salt solution.
A digital multimeter shows increasing current.

Exothermic crystallisation
In this experiment Professor Najdoski cuts the stems of two barrel pipettes containing a hypersaturated solution of 6 g of sodium acetate. Between the pipette heads the thermoelectric couple of a digital multimeter is located.
Observation:
1. Crystals grow starting from the stems.
2. Increase of temperature.
3. Decrease of volume.
