IIT VTOL aircraft testing calibration with ground effects
The lift measurement of an aircraft is being performed using a measurement system consisting of a load cell, an electronic amplifier circuit and a multimeter (to name a few)
The major change in the parameters is the addition of ground effects. If the aircraft is on the ground, the lift measurement is significantly different as seen in the multimeter measurement. [

940nm phototransistor multimeter test
I'm showing how a L-932P3C Phototransistor reacts to light. The white flashlight is a white LED, but it's a little out of batteries so it didn't change the reading very much.
I've put phototransistor in the PNP slot: the longer leg is in the Collector hole and the other one is in the Emitter hole. [
